Hello,
due to a necessary change of our server hardware, we are sending our mails via a new IP address. Unfortunately, this has led to all Microsoft mail services - especially hotmail.com and outlook.com - blocking our mails at the moment. Unfortunately, we no longer have any possibilities to influence this positively from our side. All technical possibilities available to us have been exhausted.
Therefore we need your help!
- Please put @sentix.de on the white list of your mail provider's spam filter!
- Put @sentix.de on the list of trusted senders
- Contact hotmail / Microsoft and complain about the blocking and ask for it to be lifted.
- Change to another mail provider if necessary (all others work...)
We regret this inconvenience and hope that the problem can be solved quickly with your help.
