Revocation instruction

Before you obtain a benefit from us electronically, we ask you to read the following conditions in detail. Herein, we inform you of your rights to cancel a purchase agreement entered into with us on a purchase over the Internet. These conditions are part of our general terms and conditions. By pressing the buy button, they are automatically included in the applicable purchase or license agreement.

Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg. Letter, e-mail). The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but before the sale shall become binding on you by your acceptance of the purchased item. Termination of your right for revocation

Your right of cancellation expires if the acquired object is an electronic document or electronically delivered data and you have already downloaded this document or the data from our website on your computer. In this case, the purchased item is used and can not be returned.

Consequences of revocation

In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned as well as any benefits (eg. interest). A revocatio can cause that you must fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period nevertheless. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your cancellation and for us with the reception of the revocation. Your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the contract is completely fulfilled by both parties at your explicit request before you have exercised your right.
